How to Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation which takes you to the orders page or use this link to login to your account.
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
Return Request Review
Once submitted your return will be reviewed within 10 business days. You will receive an email with the return request review status of approved or declined. When a return is approved the customer is then responsible to return the item following our Return Shipping instructions below. Return requests outside of our policy may be declined.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Return items must be in new original condition and include the original packaging. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Return Refunds
After the product is returned, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@oahusurfcompany.com.
Damaged Items
Our products are printed on demand at the time of the order and made specifically for each customer. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can help make it right.
To report an issue with your order, contact us at contact@oahusurfcompany.com or visit our Contact Us page. Please include pictures of the damaged item so that we can clearly match the item to your order. The picture should clearly show the damaged item as well as the shipping information on the packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received photographic evidence of the damaged item, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@oahusurfcompany.com.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
